Hunt Companies Acquisition I Prices $200M IPO

Hunt Companies Acquisition I priced its IPO of 20 million units at $10 each. Units begin trading today on the NYSE under HTAQ.U. Each consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of a warrant.

The offering is expected to close Nov. 12.

Hunt Companies Acquisition I intends to focus on businesses within the renewable energy, infrastructure services, and real asset services sectors.

Jefferies is sole book-running manager of the offering. The underwriters may opt to purchase up to an additional 3 million units to cover any over-allotments. Read more.
