Green Visor Financial Technology Acquisition I priced its IPO of 17.4 million units at $10 each. The units begin trading today on the Nasdaq under GVCIU.
Each consists of one share and one-half of a warrant.
The offering is expected to close Nov. 12.
Green Visor will target companies engaged in fintech.
