Digital Health Acquisition Closes $115M IPO

Digital Health Acquisition closed its IPO of 11.5 million units at an offering price of $10 per unit. The raiase includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their over-allotment option to purchase up to an additional 1.5 million units.

Units listed on the Nasdaq under DHACU.

The SPAC intends to focus on established, technology focused businesses positioned in the healthcare industry that have an aggregate enterprise value of approximately $175 million to $500 million. Read more
