Europa Growth Acquisition Files for $235M IPO

 Europa Growth Acquisition registered to offer 23.5 million units at $10 each to raise capital for the purchase of a business that focuses on digital or green transformation in the financial services or environmental sectors in Europe. A unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of a warrant.

Chairman Richard Laxer spent over 30 years in senior leadership positions with GE and was most recently chairman and CEO of GE Capital from 2016 until 2018. 

Barclays is sole book-running manager. The underwriter has an option to purchase up to 3.525 million additional units to cover over-allotments, if any.
