Juniper II Prices Upsized $260M IPO

Juniper II priced its upsized IPO of 26 million units at $10 each. Units list on the NYSE and trade under JUN.U starting today. Each consists of a share and one-half of a warrant.

The SPAC plans to pursue North American-based targets in the industrial sector with an aggregate enterprise value of $1 billion to $2 billion.

After the securities begin trading separately, shares and warrants are expected to list under JUN and JUN WS.

The offering is expected to close Nov. 8.

Morgan Stanley and UBS are joint book-running managers for the offering. The underwriters may purchase up to 3.9 million additional units to cover any over-allotments. Read more.
