SDCL EDGE Acquisition closed its IPO of 17.5 million units, which trade on the NYSE under SEDA.U.

Once the securities begin separate trading, shares and warrants are expected to list under SEDA and SEDA WS.

The SPAC’s focus is on companies engaged in energy efficient and decentralized energy solutions.

Goldman Sachs and BofA Securities were joint book-running managers for the offering. The underwriters have the option to purchase up to an additional 2.625 million units to cover over-allotments, if any. Read more.
