Onyx Acquisition I Prices Upsized $230M IPO

Onyx Acquisition I offered 3 million more units than initially expected to upsize its IPO to 23 million units, each priced at $10.

Units begin trading today on the Nasdaq under ONYXU. Each consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of a warrant.

After the securities begin separate trading, shares and warrants are expected to list under ONYX and ONYXW.

The company expects to focus on the general industrials and construction technology sectors.

BTIG is sole book-running manager for the offering. I-Bankers Securities is co-manager. The underwriters have an option to purchase up to an additional 3.45 million units to cover over-allotments, if any. Read more.
