NBA Star Kevin Durant’s Infinite Acquisition Files for $200M IPO

Infinite Acquisition registered to raise $200 million through an offering of 20 million units. Each will consist of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of a warrant.

The SPAC expects to focus on large addressable markets undergoing profound structural and generational change.

Co-CEO and Director Kevin Durant is a 12-year veteran of the NBA, playing forward for the Booklyn Nets. Co-CEO and Director Rich Kleiman is an entrepreneur and co-founder of Thirty Five Ventures.
