Pegasus Digital Mobility Acquisition Closes $200M IPO

Pegasus Digital Mobility Acquisition closed its IPO of 20 million units.

The new SPAC is targeting the next-generation transportation sector.

Units trade on the NYSE under PGSS.U. Once the securities begin separate trading, shares and warrants are expected to list under PGSS and PGSS.WS.

Barclays was sole book-running manager for the offering and EarlyBirdCapital, Ladenburg Thalmann and Northland Securities were co-managers. The underwriters have an option to purchase up to an additional 3 million units to cover over-allotments, if any. Read more.
