Global Technology Acquisition I closed its IPO of 20 million units, which was 5 million more than originally anticipated for the offering and included 2.5 million units issued upon the exercise of the underwriter’s over-allotment option.

The SPAC intends to focus on technology companies that operate in the marketplace, financial technology and Software-as-a-Service verticals within Europe, Latin America and the United States.
