Accretion Acquisition Closes Upsized $180M IPO

Accretion Acquisition closed its upsized IPO of 18 million units. The SPAC offered 3 million more units than initially anticipated.

The units list on the Nasdaq under ENERU. 

Accretion intends to acquire a business involved in the energy value chain, including upstream, water management, gas and vapor capture, energy transition related systems, midstream, oil and gas-related software, commodity risk management or oil and gas services. 

EarlyBirdCapital and were book-running managers for the offering. The underwriters have an option to purchase up to an additional 2.7 million units to cover over-allotments, if any. Read more.
