Marquee Raine Acquisition in an 8-K filing said its shareholders voted in favor of the business combination with Enjoy Technology, which operates a commerce platform for home-based consumers.
Although the filing did not mention whether there were any redemptions, the SPAC traded under $10 throughout the redemption period.
When announced in April, the transaction was expected to deliver up to $454 million to Enjoy, including approximately $374 million cash in trust, which assumed no redemptions. Read more.
