Parsec Capital Acquisitions priced its IPO of 7.5 million units at $10 per unit.
The units begin trading today on the Nasdaq under PCXCU. Each consists of one share and a warrant entitling the holder to purchase a share at $11.50.
Once the securities begin separate trading, shares and warrants are expected to list under PCX and PCXCW.
The company intends to focus on the space economy, transportation and technology adjacent industries.
