Hennessy Capital Investment VI Prices $300M IPO

Hennessy Capital Investment VI priced its IPO of 30 million units at $10 each. Units begin trading on the Nasdaq today under HCVIU. Each consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-third of a redeemable warrant.

Once the securities begin separate trading, stock and warrants are expected to list under HCVI and HCVIW.

Hennessy VI intends to focus its search on target businesses in the industrial technology sector.

Citigroup and Barclays are joint book-running managers for the offering. D.A. Davidson & Co. and Northland Capital Markets are co-managers. The underwriters have an option to purchase up to an additional 4.5 million units to cover over-allotments, if any. Read more.
