Pacifico Acquisition Stock & Rights May Trade Separately Starting Next Week

Stock and rights of Pacifico Acquisition may be separately traded starting Sept. 27, the SPAC said.

The common stock and rights will trade on the Nasdaq under PAFO and PAFOR. Units not separated will continue to trade under PAFOU.

Pacifico raised $57.5 million this month in an IPO. The SPAC is focused on the new energy, biotech, and education industries in Asia, excluding China. Read more.
