AMCI Acquisition II Stock & Warrants May Soon Begin Trading Separately

AMCI Acquisition II shares and warrants may be traded separately starting Sept. 24, the SPAC said.

Stock and warrants that are separated will trade on the Nasdaq under AMCI and AMCIW. Units that are not separated will continue to trade under AMCIU.

AMCI Acquisition II intends to focus on investment opportunities centered around the themes of sustainability, decarbonization and energy transition. The SPAC raised $150 million in an IPO last month. Read more.
