Metals Acquisition’s underwriters have partially exercised their option to purchase additional units, resulting in the issuance of an additional 1,514,780 units. The underwriters’ option is good for up to 3.75 million units.
The SPAC’s IPO, including the partial exercise of the option, raised $265,147,800.
