Nasdaq Sends Non-Compliance Notice to Khosla Ventures III

Khosla Ventures Acquisition III said in an 8-K filing that it received notice of listing non-compliance from Nasdaq for its failure to file a timely 10-Q by the Aug. 16 deadline.

The company said it intends to file the form with the SEC as soon as practicable.

The notice has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of the SPAC’s securities. 

Khosla did not disclose why the form had not been filed on time.

Scores of SPACs earlier this year received warning notices from their stock exchanges for tardy SEC filings. Most of the blank-check companies blamed the SEC’s new position on accounting for SPAC warrants as the reason for the filing delay. Read more.
