AfterNext HealthTech Acquisition Prices $250M IPO

AfterNext HealthTech Acquisition priced its IPO of 25 million units at $10 each.

Units begin trading today on the NYSE under AFTR.U. Each consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-third of one redeemable warrant; whole warrants exercisable at $11.50 per share. Once the securities begin separate trading, shares and warrants are expected to list under AFTR and AFTR WS.

The offering is expected to close Aug. 16.

AfterNext is focused on the HealthTech sector. The SPAC was formed in partnership with alternative asset firm TPG, which targets healthcare and technology.

Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank and BofA Securities are joint book-running managers of the offering. The underwriters have an option to purchase up to an additional 3.75 million units to cover over-allotments, if any. Read more.
