Conyers Park III Prices $350M IPO

Conyers Park III Acquisition priced its IPO of 35 million units at $10 each.

Units begin trading on the Nasdaq today under CPAAU. Each consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-third of one warrant. Whole warrants will be exercisable at $11.50 per share. Once the securities begin separate trading, shares and warrants are expected to list under CPAA and CPAAW.

The offering is expected to close Aug. 12.

Conyers Park III is focused on the consumer sector.

Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan are underwriters for the offering. The underwriters have an over-allotment option to purchase up to an additional 5.25 million units. Read more.
