Emerging Markets Horizon registered to offer 25 million units at $10 each. A unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-third of one redeemable warrant; whole warrants exercisable at $11.50.
The new SPAC in the filing said it will focus on identifying high growth technology and consumer-exposed businesses with an enterprise value of at least $700 million in CEE, Russia or the CIS.
Emerging Markets Horizon is led by CEO and Director Riccardo Orcel, who served as head of global banking and as a member of the executive committee at VTB Capital for 10 years.
Citigroup and VTB Capital are joint book-running managers. The underwriters have an option to purchase up to 3.75 million additional units to cover over-allotments, if any.
