Global Consumer Acquisition Stock & Warrants Begin Separate Trading

Global Consumer Acquisition common stock and warrants may be traded separately starting today, the SPAC said.

Stock and warrants trade on the Nasdaq under GACQ and GACQW. Units not separated will continue to trade under GACQU. After separation, stock and warrants may be recombined to create units. 

Global Consumer raised $170 million in a June IPO. The SPAC will focus on the consumer products and services sectors. Read more.
