FG New America Acquisition today announced it completed its $800M business combination with OppFi.
OppFi stock and warrants trade on the NYSE under OPFI and OPFI WS.
Announced in February, the business combination was fully funded through cash in trust. The SPAC raised $225 million in a September IPO.
The SPAC’s sponsor FG Financial Group owns 861,690 Class A common shares of OppFi and 358,419 Class A warrants. Read more.
