EV startup REE Automotive completed its merger with 10X Capital Venture Acquisition.
REE shares and warrants begin trading today on the Nasdaq under REE and REEAW.
The combined company is valued at $3.1 billion.
Announced in February, the transaction provides REE with more than $500 million of gross proceeds, including a $300 million PIPE. Read more.
