The SPAC plans to focus on technology companies that operate in the FinTech and SaaS verticals within Europe, Latin America and the United States.
The SPaC is led by Executive Chairman Fabrice Grinda, who is the co-founder and managing partner of FJ Labs, a venture firm and startup studio that invests in and builds online marketplaces. Prior to FJ Labs, Grinda was co-founder and co-CEO of OLX. CEO Arnau Porto Dolc is the founder and CIO of Greentrail Capital, a London based investment firm focused globally on publicly listed technology companies and pre-IPO opportunities.
Citigroup and Goldman Sachs are joint book-running managers on the deal. The underwriters have a 45-day option to purchase up to 2.25 million additional units to cover any over-allotments.
