New York-founded midsize firm Ellenoff Grossman & Schole has opened its first West Coast office, adding a pair of securities litigators in Irvine, California, Reuters reports. Eric Landau and Travis Biffar practiced together at McDermott, Jones Day and Thomas Whitelaw.
