Valor Latitude Shares & Warrants Begin Separate Trading

Valor Latitude Acquisition shares and warrants may be traded separately starting today, the SPAC said.

Class A ordinary shares and warrants that are separated will trade on the Nasdaq under VLAT and VLATW, respectively. Units not separated will continue to trade under VLATU.

The SPAC raised $200 million in an IPO last month to  to pursue a business combination with a technology-enabled Latin American company. Read more.
