WM Holding Company, a technology and software infrastructure provider to the cannabis industry, announced today that it completed its business combination with Silver Spike Acquisition. The merged enterprise has an equity value of $1.4 billion.
Announced in December, the deal provides up to $575 million of gross proceeds, including $325 million through a fully-committed stock PIPE.
