Vintage Wine Estates completed its business combination with Bespoke Capital Acquisition .
Shares begin trading June 8 on the Nasdaq under VWE. Common stock and warrants are expected to be listed on the TSX under VWE.U and “VWE.WT.U” beginning June 9.
Announced in February, the deal gives the combined company a pro forma implied market capitalization and enterprise value of approximately $690 million plus more than $50 million of potential deferred consideration. Read more.
