L Catterton Latin America Acquisition Files for $200M IPO

L Catterton Latin America Acquisition registered with the SEc to raisde up to $200 million througfh an offering of 20 million units, each consisting of one Class A ordinary share and one-third of one redeemable warrant. Whole warrants would be exercisable for a share at $11.50.

The underwriters have a 45-day option to purchase up to 3 million additional units to cover any over-allotments.

The new SPAC plans to target high-growth consumer sectors across Latin America. 

Executive Chairman Dirk Donath is a managing partner at L Catterton focused on Latin America. He was a senior managing director and partner at Eton Park Capital Management. Previously, he was a founding partner and managing director of Pegasus Capital. Before Pegasus, Donath was a partner at McKinsey & Company.
