Dynamics Special Purpose Files for $200M IPO

Healthcare-focused Dynamics Special Purpose registered to offer 20 million sharews at $10 each. The offering does not include warrants.

The underwriters have a 45-day option to purchase up to 3 million additional shares to cover any over-allotments.

The new SPAC is focusing on the healthcare or healthcare-related industries. 

Dynamics Special Purpose is led by Dr. Omid Farokhzad, who founded Seer, where he is CEO and chairman. He previously co-founded BIND Therapeutics (acquired by Pfizer), Selecta Biosciences, and Tarveda Therapeutics.
