ION Acquisition 3 closed its IPO of 25.3 million Class A ordinary shares, including 3.3 million shares issued pursuant to the exercise by the underwriters of their over-allotment option at the offering price of $10 per share.
Shares trade on the NYSE under IACC.
ION 3 said it intends “to focus on the rapidly growing universe of Israeli companies and entrepreneurs that apply technology and innovation to everyday lives.”
