Catalyst Partners Cuts Deal Size by 25% Ahead of $300M IPO

Catalyst Partners Acquisition amended its IPO registration by reducing the number of shares to be offered to 30 million, down from the 40 million originally planned when the SPAC filed in March.

The SPAC plans to target disruptive software companies.

Catalyst Partners is led by Dr. James Cash, chairman and CEO. He is the retired senior associate dean of the Harvard Business School.
