Forest Road Acquisition today in an 8-K said it would amend and refile its annual report to reflect new accounting for warrants as liabilities — a move to align with the SEC’s statement on warrants last month.

Following the regulator’s statement that warrants should be treated as liabilities on the blanace sheet, dozens of blank-check companies have told shareholders they should not rely on previously filed annual reports. Read more.
