Better World Acquisition Gets ‘Expected’ Notice from Nasdaq on Delayed 10-K

Another day, another SPAC filing delay.

Better World Acquisition said it received a notice of noncompliance with the Nasdaq’s Listing Qualifications Department because the company did not file its annual report on time. As with many other SPACs this week, Better World said the delay was necessary to evaluate the SEC’s statement last week on accounting for warrants.

The notice has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of Better World’s securities. The SPAC said it is working to finish and file its 10-K and has until June 15 either to do so or file a plan with the Nasdaq for regaining compliance. Read more.
