Crescera Capital Acquisition registered with the SEC to offer 20 million units at $10 each. A unit will consist of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant. Whole warrants would be exercisable at $11.50.
The new SPAC in the filing said it would target Latin American companies, though specifically in Brazil. The focus is on companies engaged in the technology, healthcare, education services, consumer and retail sectors.
The blank-check company is led by CEO Felipe Samuel Argalji, who is also a partner of Crescera
The SPAC intends to apply for a Nasdaq listing but has not yet selected a ticker symbol.
