Alpha Capital Shares & Warrants May Now Trade Separately

Alpha Capital Acquisition shares and warrants can be traded separately starting today, the SPAC said. Shares and warrants that are separated will trade on the Nasdaq under ASPC and ASPCW, respectively. Units not separated will continue to trade under ASPCU.
