Carson Block Steps Up SPAC Attacks, Citing ‘Predatory’ Behavior: Report

Short-seller Carson Block said he’s building bets against more SPACs and that some retail investors will fall victim to “predatory plays,” Bloomberg reports.

“There are just so many that are dodgy,” Block, the CEO of Muddy Waters Capital, said in a phone interview with the news organization, declining to identify his latest targets. “The market is a scam — and it’s here to stay.” Read more.
