Lazard Growth Acquisition May Now Trade Separately

Lazard Growth Acquisition shares and warrants may be traded separately starting today, the SPAC said.

Class A ordinary shares and warrants that are separated will trade on the Nasdaq under LGAC and LGACW, respectively. Units not separated will continue to trade under LGACU.

The SPAC will focus mainly on growth-oriented subsectors of the healthcare, technology, energy transition, financial and consumer sectors, but will not be limited to a particular industry or geographic region. Read more.
