Churchill VII Stock & Warrants to Begin Separate Trading

Churchill Capital VII Class A common stock and warrants may be traded separately starting April 5, the SPAC said.

Stock and warrants that are separated will trade on the NYSE under CVII and CVII WS, respectively. Those units not separated will continue to trade under CVII.U.

Churchill VII in SEC filings has said it will “focus on a target in an industry where we believe our management team and founder’s expertise will provide us with a competitive advantage.” Read more.
