Itiquira Acquisition shares and warrants can be traded separately beginning March 29, the SPAC said.
Separated shares and warrants will trade on the Nasdaq under ITQ and ITQRW, respectively. Units that are not separated will continue to trade under ITQRU.
The SPAC intends to target businesses in Brazil in sectors with strong growth potential, with high correlation to Brazil growth, resilient business models, in non-cyclical industries, with favorable secular trends, including technology, healthcare, pharma, education and consumer services.
