MDH Acquisition Shares & Warrants May Now Trade Separately

MDH Acquisition shares of Class A common stock and warrants may be traded separately starting today, The SPAC announced.

Units not separated will continue to trade on the NYSE under MDH.U, and each of the shares of Class A common stock and warrants will separately trade under MDH and MDH.WS, respectively. 

The SPAC will target businesses engaged in transportation and logistics, telecommunications, financial services and professional services. Read more.
