NextGen Acquisition II priced its IPO of 35 million units at $10 per unit.
Units list on the Nasdaq and begin trading today under NGCAU. Each consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-fifth of one redeemable warrant, with whole warrants exercisable at $11.50. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, shares and redeemable warrants are expected to list under NGCA and NGCAW, respectively.
The underwriters have a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 5.25 million units at the IPO price to cover any over-allotments.
The offering is expected to close March 25.
