Lazard Fintech Acquisition Plans $250M IPO

Lazard Fintech Acquisition registered with the SEC to offer 25 million units, each consisting of one Class A ordinary share and one-fifth of one redeemable warrant. Whole warrants are exercisable at $11.50.

Lazard said it will focus on the growth-oriented subsectors of the fintech industry.

The SPAC is led by Executrive Chairman and Director Alexander Stern, president of Lazard Ltd and Lazard Group since June 2019 and managing director of Lazard since 2002. 

The SPAC will apply to list on the Nasdaq under LFTAU. Read more.
