Indonesia-based Stellaris Growth Acquisition filed with the SEC to offer 12.8 million units at $10 each. A unit consists of one share of Class A common stock, one-half of one redeemable warrant and one right. Whole warrants are exercisable for a share at $11.50. Each right entitles the holder to receive one-tenth of one share upon consummation of a business combination.
The SPAC will target a business focusing on the data centers and internet technology sectors.
Stellaris is led by Chairman and CEO Ronald Felt, who was president director of BNP Paribas Securities based in Indonesia from 2007 to 2020.
