KKR Acquisition Holdings I Prices Upsized $1.2B IPO

KKR Acquisition Holdings I priced its upsized IPO of 120 million units at $10 each. The SPAc offered 20 million more units than expected.

Units start trading today on the NYSE under KAHC.U. Each consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-fourth of a redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase a share at $11.50. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, stock and warrants will list under KAHC and KAHC WS, respectively.
