Reinvent Technology Partners Y priced its IPO of 85 million units at $10 each.
Units begin trading today on the Nasdaq under RTPYU. Each consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-eighth of one redeemable warrant. Whole warrants are exercisable at $11.50. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, shares and warrants are expected to list under RTPY and RTPYW, respectively.
The tech-focused SPAC is led by LinkedIn founder Reid Hoffman, who is also a former CEO of PayPal, and Mark Pincus, founder of social gaming platform Zynga. Read more.
