FTAC Parnassus Acquisition Prices $220M IPO

FTAC Parnassus Acquisition priced its IPO of 22 million units at $10 per unit, for gross proceeds of $220 million.

Units begin trading today on the Nasdaq under FTPAU. Each consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-fourth of one warrant; each whole warrant exercisable for one share of Class A common stock at $11.50. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, shares and warrants are expected to list under FTPA and FTPAW, respectively. 

The SPAC said it will concentrate on financial services, real estate, insurance, ecommerce and related technology infrastructure sectors. Read more.
