Silver Spike II Prices $250M IPO

Cannabis-focused Silver Spike Acquisition II priced its IPO of 25 million units at $10 each.

Units begin trading this morning on the Nasdaq under SPKBU. Each consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-fourth of one redeemable warrant, with whole warrants exercisable at $11.50 for a share. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, shares and warrants are expected to list under SPKB and SPKBW, respectively.

The management team and board consist of veteran cannabis and finance industry executives and founders, including Scott Gordon, founder and CEO, who began investing in the cannabis industry in 2014 and in 2016 co-founded Egg Rock Holdings, parent company of the Papa & Barkley family of cannabis products. Read more.
