N2 Acquisition Files for $450M IPO

N2 Acquisition Holdings filed today with the SEC to offer 45 million units at $10 each.

Each unit will consist of one share of common stock and one-fourth of a warrant, exercisable at $11.50. 

The SPAC said it would not limit its search to a particular sector.

N2 is led by Co-chairman Noam Gottesman, founder and managing partner of TOMS Capital, and Co-Chairman Sir Martin Franklin, founder and CEO of Mariposa Capital and chairman and controlling shareholder of Royal Oak Enterprises.

The SPAC intends to apply for a listing on the NYSE under NTWO.U. Read more.
